TotalResources privacy policy

This policy explains what TotalResources stores, what stays on the device, and when optional hosted features are used.

Local project dataProjects, resources, snapshots, and backups are stored on the device or in folders chosen by the user. The app does not rely on advertising, analytics profiling, or third-party tracking SDKs.

Optional hosted featuresHosted connectors, OAuth setup, and MCP-related features are optional. They are used only when the user enables them and connects a hosted workspace.

API and authentication dataWhen the user adds a Total.js API token or hosted credentials, they are used only for the requested product features and remain under the user's control.

Data retention and deletionLocal project data remains in the folders chosen by the user until the user changes, exports, or deletes it. Optional hosted connections can be revoked by the user inside the app.

Third-party servicesThe app can communicate with Total.js services only when the user explicitly enables related features such as API access, hosted connectors, or authentication flows. Those features are optional.

User controlUsers control where project files are stored, whether hosted features are enabled, and when credentials are added or removed. Local workflows do not require a hosted account.

What we do not doWe do not sell user data. We do not inject advertising. We do not require cloud storage to use the app locally.
